Digitizing is the process of using specialized software to translate artwork into a computer file that is read by the embroidery machine. The digitized design gives the machine commands for sewing the design-stitch type, stitch direction, when to change colors, where to automatically trim thread, and more.

Dreamstitch offers in-house digitizing. Costs are $7.50 per 1000 stitches with a $35.00 minimum charge. A left chest 3" X 4" design averages about 6,000 stitches. All designs are quoted individually. Charges may vary according to complexity of the design. Contract orders are welcome.
