Lori started her business in 1999 with a state-of-the-art Tajima single head, 12-needle machine. She learned digitizing, the use of specialized software to replicate artwork with stitches, from one of the most highly regarded digitizers in the industry. The techniques Lori mastered translate directly into high quality, eye-catching designs.

One year after launching Dreamstitch, Lori purchased a new Tajima six-head machine to help keep up with the demand for her work, and her husband, Greg, joined the business. With more than eight years of experience in retail management, Greg's primary focus is on the delivery of quality customer service to every Dreamstitch client.

Today, Dreamstitch is large enough to produce the quality embroidery you need in a timely manner - usually within two weeks - and small enough to deliver the customer service you deserve.
